OCAIP Member Profile
OCAIP members are entrepreneurially-minded professional advisors with a deep passion and commitment to collaborate with like-minded colleagues. Typically, they have been in business for at least 15 years and have a strong desire to enhance the deliverables they currently offer their clients, particularly in the area of Philanthropic Planning. OCAIP members are personally charitable, active in non-profit organizations in our community, and are generous with their time, talents, and treasures. They have already received years of specialized training in tax, legal, financial, fiduciary, or non-profit leadership and are eager to expand their influence outside of their designated “specialty” by building collaborative relationships with experts in related fields. OCAIP members are Life Long Learners—always seeking additional wisdom and knowledge to bring increased value to their client relationships. They constantly search for opportunities to expand their expertise as Philanthropic Advisors while, at the same time, contributing to the body of knowledge by offering their technical experience and client relationship skills back to the membership through our many educational programs. OCAIP members are known for their integrity and professionalism and embrace the Code of Ethics required in their specific profession.
OCAIP is proud to be the inaugural U.S. chapter of the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy.
